An exhilarating experience!

Joined sis's Tern Yun Qong group for an overnight retreat.  It was an exhilarating and unforgetable experience... to say the least.
With some members of the tern yun qong group and the Grandmaster from China on the extreme right

The grandmaster standing on the abdomens of participants to improve their health!  Apparently, sis (in white slippers) survived!  Apparently she did not feel any weight when he stood on top of her abodomen!
The Grandmaster breaking bricks over their abdomens to improve their health.  Sis (second from the front), anxiously waiting to be "hammered"

I gave the Grandmaster the privilege of hammering 2 bricks on my left leg, to cure the problem of my left leg!  Well...the proof of the pudding is in the eating!  Anyway I'm a born loser, what to do?

This gentleman is strengthening his right arm.  I understand he had a real problem with both his arms and was cured after participating in tern yun qong and is now leading a small group on his own.

Swallowing chopsticks is good for health (Oh dear, what am I saying?) The grandmaster preparing the chopsticks.

Participants inserting chopsticks in theeir mouths preparing to swallow!  yeecks!  This, sis and i dared not do.

The chopsticks were swallowed! Looked so easy, mmm......
